Stations 40, 60, and 86 was dispatched for box alarm 40-1 for a vehicle accident with injuries at 2205 Johnstown Road, Freedom Township. Engine / Rescue 40-31 and QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 responded on the call 40-01 responded direct. Station 60 responded Squad 60-42 and Heavy Rescue 60-31. Station 86 responded Engine / Rescue 86-31. 40-01 marked on scene and requested 40-41 to set up for traffic control and requested 40-31s crew to the scene and to also asst 40-41 with traffic control 40-01 also canceled stations 86 and 60. After the towing service arrived and removed the vehicle 40-01 placed the box back in service. Engine / Rescue 40-31 and QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 was back in service and available.     40-01 had command.

Stations 40, 60, 70, 80, and 86 was dispatched to asst Bedford County Company 42 with a fully involved structure fire at 335 Main Street, Imler. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 and Tanker 40-22 responded on the call. Station 60 responded Heavy Rescue 60-31 (RIT Team). Station 80 responded Engine 80-11. Station 70 responded Engine 70-11 and Tanker 70-21. Station 86 responded tanker 86-21. shortly before crews arrived on scene Bedford County chief 42 request all man power to the scene and tankers to begin tanker shuttles. 40-22 and 40-21 arrived on scene the crew of 40-21 reported to command and was put to work assting crews on scene with fire attack and over haul. Both 40-22 and 40-21 dropped one load of water each and went to fill site to refill. Station 70 was requested to respond 70-12 to set up a full site at the ivy side restaurant. Tanker 70-21 along with station 86s tanker 86-21 and station 80 Engine 80-11 was requested to responded to scene. Crews was on scene for over 3 hours before command releases both 40-22 and 40-21. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 and Tanker 40-22 was back in service and available.        Bedford County Chief 42 had command.

Stations 40, 50, 20, 15, 30, and 86 was dispatched for box alarm 50-3 for a structure fire at 584 Pletcher Road, Allegheny Township. Tanker 40-22 and Pumper / Tanker 40-21 responded on the call. Station 20 responded Tanker 20-21. Station 50 responded Tanker 50-23 and 50-21 Air Truck 50-61 Rescue 50-31 Engine 50-11 and Engine 50-12 50-05 and 50-01 responded direct. Station 15 responded Engine 15-11. Station 30 was requested to Transfer Engine 30-13 to station 50s station for stand by. And Station 86 was requested for a in house stand by. crews arrived to find a barn fully involved. Crews asst with fire attack and after the fire was knocked down 50-01 released 40-22 and 40-21. Tanker 40-22 and Pumper / Tanker 40-21 was back in service and available.         50-01 had command.

Station 40 and 60 dispatched for box alarm 60-2 for a vehicle accident with no injuries on Cove Lane Road and Frederick Road, Taylor Township. While station 40 was getting a crew together to responded 60-01 canceled station 40. Station 60 responded Brush 60-71 60-01 responded direct.  All station 40 was back in service and available.     60-01 had command.

Station 40 and 60 dispatched for box alarm 60-4 for a vehicle accident with injuries at RT 36 and RT 866 Woodbury Township. Engine / Rescue 40-31 responded on the call. Station 60 responded Heavy Rescue 60-31 60-03 and 60-04 responded direct on the call. 60-04 marked on scene and stated this was in Bedford County and company 41 was on scene and requested Blair County units to cancel. Engine / Rescue 40-31 was back in service and available.     60-04 had command.

Stations 40, 60, 80, and 90 dispatched for box alarm 80-1 for a industrial structure fire at 107 Highland Street at the Cove Shoe Company, Martinsburg. Station 80 responded Engine / Rescue 80-31, Engine 80-11, and Ladder 80-51 80-01 and 80-02 responded direct on the call. Station 60 responded Engine 60-11, Tanker 60-21, and Heavy Rescue 60-31 Station 40 was requested to transfer Pumper / Tanker 40-21 to stand by at stations 80s station Pumper / Tanker 40-21 responded on the transfer assignment. Station 90 was requested to stand by in their station. 40-21 arrived at station 80s station and stood by. After a few hours 80-01 released 40-21 and placed the box back in service. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 was back in service and available.    80-01 had command.

Stations 40, 60, and 80 dispatched for box alarm 60-2 for a high occupancy fire alarm at 208 June Drive, Taylor Township. Station 60 responded Tanker 60-21 60-03 and 60-01 responded direct on the call. After 60-03 marked on scene he requested station 80, 40 and Tanker 60-21 to hold in station. A short while later 60-03 placed all units back in service and stated this was a false alarm. All station 40 was back in service and available.     60-03 had command.

Station 40 dispatched in place of Station 70 for a Engine transfer to Bedford County Company 41, Southern Cove. Station 40 was unable to get a crew to respond on the transfer assignment. All station 40 was back in service and available.

Station 40, 60, and 70 dispatched for box alarm 99-2 for a vehicle accident with no injuries on i 99 just past the Claysburg exit, Greenfield Township. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 responded on the call. Station 60 responded Heavy Rescue 60-31 60-03 responded direct. Station 70 responded Engine 70-12 70-01 responded direct. Shortly after 70-01 marked on scene he canceled station 40 and 60. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 was back in service and available.     70-01 had command.

Station 40 dispatched for a inside investigation for a co2 alarm at 243 Freedom Street, Freedom Township. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 responded on the call. 40-01 responded direct on the call. Crews arrived on scene and after no harm was detected 40-01 placed all units back in service. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 was back in service and available.        40-01 had command.

Stations 40, 60, 70, 80, 86, 20, 50, 30,15, and Cambria County Station 83 (portage) dispatched for box alarm 40-1 for a structure fire at Joe Clarks Junkyard at 243 Chevrolet lane, Freedom Township. Engine / Rescue 40-31, Pumper / Tanker 40-21, Tanker 40-22, and Brush / Utility 40-71 responded on the call. Station 60 responded Tanker 60-21 and Heavy Rescue 60-31 60-01 responded direct. Station 80 responded Ladder 80-51 and Tanker 80-21. Station 70 responded Engine 70-12 and Tanker 70-21. Station 86 responded Engine / Rescue 86-31, Tanker 86-22, Pumper / Tanker 86-21, and Squad 86-41. Station 20 responded Tanker 20-21. station 50 responded Engine 50-11 Tanker 50-23, Tanker 50-22, Cascade 50-61. Station 30 responded Engine 30-13 and Tanker 30-21. Station 15 was requested to transfer Engine 15-11 into our station for stand by but was later requested to come to the scene. Cambria Station 83 responded Tanker 83-7 and Engine 83-1. Shortly after 40-04 arrived on scene he advised working fire and requested 40-31 to pull both 1 1/2" hand lines off and begin defensive fire attack and requested 40-21 to lay 5" from the bottom of the hill to 40-31 and connect. after a short while crews had set up several 1 1/2" hand lines and several 2" hand lines along with a few 3" hand lines 80-51 set up and begin flowing water as well crews worked the scene for 5 hrs before the fire was knocked down and over haul complete. After over haul was completed and no signs of hot spots 40-04 placed all units back in service. Engine / Rescue 40-31, Pumper / Tanker 40-21, Tanker 40-22, and Brush / Utility 40-71 was all back in service and available.      40-04 had command.

Station 40, 70, 86, and Cambria County Station 82 was dispatched for box alarm 86-1 for a structure fire at 489 Little Valley Road, Blue Knob. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 responded on the call. Station 86 responded Pumper / Tanker 86-21 86-04 responded direct. Station 83 responded Truck 83-2. 86-04 arrived on the scene and found no exterior condition. Investigation of the residence found a electrical outlet that was smoking. 86-04 advised the home owner to contact a electrician and cut power to the house then placed the box in service. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 was back in service and available.     86-04 had command

Station 40, 60 , and 80 dispatched for box alarm 60-2 for a high occupancy fire alarm at 521 Cove Lane Road, Taylor Township. 60-01 responded direct and requested all stations to hold in station. After arriving on scene 60-01 canceled all stations and placed the box back in service. All Station 40 was back in service and available.    60-01 had command.

Station 40, 60, and 20 dispatched for box alarm 99-2 for a vehicle accident with no injuries on i-99 in the area of mile marker 25, Blair Township. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 and Brush / Utility 40-71 responded on the call 40-01 responded direct. Station 60 responded Heavy Rescue 60-3160-01 responded direct. Station 20 responded Squad 20-32 and Engine / Rescue 20-31. 40-01 arrived on scene and requested 40-41 and 40-71 to set up for traffic control along with 20-32. After the towing service arrived and removed the vehicles 40-01 placed the box in service. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 and Brush / Utility 40-71 was back in service and available.      40-01 had command.

Station 40 and 60 dispatched for box alarm 60-2 for a residential fire alarm at 116 Nason Drive, Roaring Spring. Engine / Rescue 40-31 responded on the call. 60-01 responded direct. Shortly after crews found nothing wrong 60-01 placed the box back in service. Engine / Rescue 40-31 was back in service and available.     60-01 had command.

Station 40 dispatched for a Tanker asst with a structure fire with stations 80, 60, and 90 on 345 Poverty Hollow Road, Huston Township. Blair County 911 stated this was to be a barn fire. Shortly after dispatch 80-01 canceled the request for station 40. All station 40 was back in service and available.    80-01 had command.

Station 40 and 60 dispatched for box alarm 60-2 for Residential fire alarm at 6249 Woodbury Pike, Taylor Township. 60-01 responded direct and shortly after making on scene he placed both stations back in service and stated false activation. All station 40 was back in service and available.    60-01 had command.

Station 40, 60, and 20 dispatched for box alarm 99-2 for a vehicle accident with no injuries on i-99 2 miles past exit 23, Freedom Township. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 responded on the call. Station 20 responded Squad 20-32. Station 60 responded Heavy Rescue 60-31 60-01 responded direct. 40-41 marked on scene and requested 20-32 and 60-01 to set up for traffic control and request 60-31 to cancel. After the towing service arrived 40-04 released all units. QRS / Mini-rescue 40-41 was back in service and available.      40-04 had command.

Station 40, 60, and 20 dispatched for box alarm 99-3 for a vehicle accident with no injuries on i-99 in the area of mile maker 25, Blair Township. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 responded on the call. Station 60 was requested to stand by in station but was later canceled. Station 20 responded Squad 20-32. 40-41 and 20-32 arrived on scene and asst state police with traffic control until the towing service removed the vehicle. After the towing service removed the vehicles 40-08 released all units. QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 was back in service and available.    40-08 had command.

Station 40 dispatched for a Engine transfer to Bedford County Company 42, Imler. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 responded on the call. 40-21 was requested to stand by in Company 42s Station (Imler) while they was working on the scene of a barn fire. 40-21 arrived at company 42 and was on standby by for 7 hrs. After company 42 returned to their station 42 chief released 40-21. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 was back in service and available.     Bedford County chief 42 had command.
