Stations 40, 60, 70, 80, 86, 50, 20, Bedford county companies 42, and 38 was dispatched for box alarm 70-3 for a Structure Fire at 113 Lamborne Court Road, Kimmell Township. Engine / Rescue 40-31, Tanker 40-22, and Pumper / Tanker 40-21 responded on the call. Station 60 responded Heavy Rescue 60-31 (for R.I.T. Team and Cascade) and Tanker 60-21. Station 70 responded Engine 70-11 and Tanker 70-21. Station 80 responded Ladder 80-51. Station 86 responded Tanker 86-22, Brush / Utility 86-41, and Engine / Tanker 86-21. Station 50 was dispatched to transfer Engine 50-11 into our station. Station 20 was requested for a in house stand by. Bedford County Company 42 responded Tanker 42-24 and Engine 42-12. Company 38 was requested for a in house stand by. 40-21 arrived on scene with 70-12 and 40-21s crew went to work inside the structure while 40-21 supplied 70-12 with water 40-22 did tanker shuttles with 86-21, 86-22, 60-21, and 42-21. 80-51 arrived and set up for aerial operations. 60-31 arrived and had the crew stage on scene for R.I.T. Team. 40-31 was dispatched for an accident with injuries involving 70-21 and to take the place of 70-21 at the fill site at Sheetz Way and Quarry Road. 40-31 arrived on scene and crews set up the fill site and asst. Police with the accident. A short while later 40-04 requested a second fill site be set up at Park Way and Dunnings Highway. 40-04 had command of fill site number 1 and 40 Portable had command of fill site number 2. 86-41 arrived on scene for lighting and manpower at fill site number 2. After a few hours 40-04 requested fill site number 2 be shut down and for 86-41 to respond to fill site number 1 to take command of the fill site and release 40-31. After 86-41 arrived on scene at fill site number 1 40-31 went back in service and available. A few hours into the call 40-01 released 60-31. After 7 hours crews on scene had the fire knocked down and fire out 40-01 released all units Tanker 40-22 and Pumper / Tanker 40-21 was back in service and available. 70-01 had command.

Once on the scene the interior crew from 40-21 went to work helping station 86s crew and crews from station 70. 40-22 emptied its load of water and after it was re filled was requested to stand by in station 70s station along with 40-21 while crews from 70 and 86 did over haul operations. Shortly after 40-22 and 40-21 arrived at station 70 70-01 releases station 40 from the stand by. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 and Tanker 40-22 was back in service and available. 70-01 had command.

Crews arrived to find a horse the had walked across a railroad bridge and fell and needed asst getting back up and across the bridge. While 40-21 was on stand by at station 15 station 14 and 15 was dispatched for a Commercial Fire Alarm at 5580 Good Lane at the Logan Valley Mall, Logan Township. Pumper / Tanker 40-21 responded on the call Station 15 responded Ladder 15-51. Station 14 responded Engine 14-12. Crews arrived on scene and found it to be a false alarm. the box was placed back in service and 40-21 returned to station 15 for the stand by.

Station 70 was dispatched for a engine transfer to station 60 station 70 responded Engine 70-12 on the transfer to station 60. 60-01 arrived on scene and requested all units with the exception of 60-11 to stage on Frosty Hollow Road and requested 60-11 to the scene 60-01 also requested 40-22 to stand by in station 60 60-01 also stated no flames showing however house is filled with smoke. 40-31 and 40-21 arrived in staging area. 60-01 shortly after released all station 40 and 80 units and notified Blair County 911 that the fire was under control. Engine / Rescue 40-31, Pumper / Tanker 40-21, and Tanker 40-22 was back in service and available. 60-01 had command.

All stations was later canceled by 60-02 on scene and reported just a burnt belt on a washing machine. All station 40 was back in service and available. 60-02 had command.

Station 40 and 60 dispatched for Box alarm 40-2 for a vehicle accident with unknown injuries at 755 Puzzletown Road, Freedom Township. Engine / Rescue 40-31 and QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 responded on the call 40-81 responded direct. Station 60 was requested to hold in station but was later canceled. Crews arrived on scene to find an ATV overturned with no one around and a truck a few houses down that the ATV fell off the back of 40-41 provided traffic control with 40-81and debris and fluids clean up unitl towing service arrived and impounded the ATV and the pick up truck per request of Freedom Township Police unit 891. 40-31 returned in service per request of 40-01. After the towing service removed Both the ATV and pick up Truck and roadway was cleared of Debris and fluids 40-01 placed the box available. Engine / Rescue 40-31 and QRS / Mini-Rescue 40-41 was back in service and available. 40-01 had command.
